As a Billing and Energy Administrator, you’ll play a crucial role in assisting Billing and Energy team to streamline processes for a better customer experience.

Workspace is home to London’s brightest businesses, and as an Invoicing Executive you will be a positive, confident, and motivated brand representative to assist the business with the Leasing Process.

You’ll be responsible for accurately inputting transaction details into the property management database and issuing invoices to customer accounts. You’ll answer queries in relation to property, deal terms and lease contracts, as well as processing customer notices.

You'll also be involved in sending occupancy emails to councils, processing payments, handling refunds, and supporting the implementation of a new record-keeping process for our Rates Team. If you have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills, we'd love to hear from you.
 

What we look for

  • Proactiveness, self-motivation and ability to work under pressure.
  • Demonstratable experiencing using Microsoft Office and CRM databases.
  • Previous experience using accounting and property management software.
  • Ability to engage and build relationships with new and existing customers.
  • Previous experience of monthly, quarterly and annual invoicing/billing is essential
