Workspace Launches The Record Hall
Last month, customers, employees, shareholders and neighbours joined Workspace to celebrate the launch of The Record Hall. The Record Hall is the latest – and 68th – addition to our portfolio of high-quality flexible office, co-working and meeting room spaces across London...
It has now been transformed and refurbished to provide 58,000sqft of flexible office and studio space, accompanied by our brand new Club Workspace - co-working lounge, a range of high-tech meeting rooms, an on-site restaurant cafe and roof terraces with incredible views across the City.
The Record Hall has already attracted strong interest from occupiers, with many existing Workspace customers among the first to take up space in the building. They’ll be working alongside new customers like Japanese mobile marketplace app Mercari, which now resides on The Record Hall’s fifth floor, having taken up all 3,655sqft for its UK headquarters.
The doors to The Record Hall were officially opened Thursday night, with short speeches from our Development Director, Angus Broag Boag, and Asset Manager, Hazel Llewellyn. They talked us through the exciting changes made to the space, the many attractions of the surrounding Midtown area and The Record Hall’s appetising proximity to the Leather Lane market.
The party itself was one for the books: featuring tracks spun by DJ Earl, strawberry and mint drinks cocktails and delicious canapes and amuses-bouches cooked provided by catering partner Vacherin, who have taken over the on-site café, known as The Archive.

Workspace are extremely proud of The Record Hall and it’s a unique space to work and do business in for sure. We’d love you to come and see for yourself, to find out more about The Record Hall, click here.
