  • What are your opening hours?

    We can adjust opening hours based on what you’re looking for. Please contact us to discuss availability and access times.

  • How big is the space?

    Our main conference space seats up to 160 people. We also have a number of additional meeting rooms and boardrooms for breakout meetings.

  • Is car parking available?

    There is no dedicated parking space, but there is metered parking and a loading bay on Finsbury Circus, and a multi-storey car park within 5 minutes walk.

  • Is the space designed to run hybrid in person and virtual events?

    Yes. Our conference rooms, Marquise and Trillion, have two cameras each, one facing the audience and the other facing the front of the lectern, along with a high-spec speaker system and multiple microphones, including lapel and handheld options.

  • Is there AV support available on the day?

    Yes, our friendly Events Team can help set up hybrid events using our in-house equipment. For additional assurance, we provide dedicated Tech Engineers upon request. Please contact us for a quote.

  • What is your cancellation policy?

    We give a full refund if you cancel at least 121 days prior to your booking.

    We give a partial refund if you cancel between 60 and 120 days prior to your booking.

    There is no refund if you cancel less than 60 days prior to your booking.

  • Is your venue wheelchair accessible?

    Yes, we have an accessible lift and bathroom, and all areas of the event space are located on the same level.

  • Do you offer catering?

    Yes, we offer a variety of catering options, including day delegate catering, breakfast, lunch, drinks, canape receptions, and sit-down dinners. Please contact us for more information.

  • Can I bring my own catering?

    Yes, you can bring external catering, although additional charges may apply. Please get in touch with us to learn more.

  • Do you offer full venue hire?

    Yes, you can hire the entire venue exclusively for your event.
