Basic information

What hours are the rooms available from?
The rooms are available to use 9am-6pm Monday to Friday. The last booking will be at 5pm with an end time of 6pm.

What hours can I host an event from?
Event space is available to hire from 6pm-9pm Monday to Friday, and you can start setting up from 5:30pm.

What’s the cancellation policy on meeting rooms?
You can amend the date of your booking up to 24 hours before the start of your meeting. Please note if you'd like to amend your booking, the booking duration must remain the same and cannot be split into multiple bookings. Meeting rooms cannot be cancelled or refunded.

Where can I find a copy of my invoices?
You can find a copy of your invoice in the My Account section of our website, where you can also view the details for all previous bookings you’ve made.

What credit cards do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, excluding American Express.

I’m having trouble booking through the online system?
If the calendar scheduling tool isn’t working and you cannot book your meeting, please call our enquiries team between 9am and 5.30pm Monday to Friday on 0203 930 4002.

How do I arrange catering?
The details of the on-site café or restaurant will be on your confirmation email. Please call them directly and they will be happy to organise refreshments for your meeting.

What if I have trouble connecting to the Wi-Fi?
If you have any technical glitches throughout your meeting, please contact the Site Team. You will find their number either on your confirmation email or the meeting room information card.

Is car parking available with the meeting rooms?
Car parking is not available at the majority of our sites; please see our car parking information here, or contact the centre manager for more details (their contact number will be on the confirmation email you receive). At sites where car parking is available, charges may apply - please be aware of restrictions.

Can I use the handset to make calls?
Workspace offer free local and national calls to landlines from the available meeting room handsets. Mobile and international calls cannot be made, however each handset can be dialled into. Please contact us for individual room phone numbers.
