Meeting Room to Hire in Blackfriars

Based right in the heart of London, Blackfriars is a fantastic place to hold small or large company meetings. There are plenty of tube stations nearby too, with Waterloo only a short walk away and London Bridge is easy to get too. Popular with all businesses, especially those that are B2B. There are several hotels, like The Mad Hatter, bars, like The Thirsty Bear and restaurants like Honi Poke nearby too if you’re planning a longer stay or want to check out the local hotspots.   • What hours are the rooms available?

    The rooms are available to use between 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday. The last booking will be at 5pm with an end time of 6pm.

  • What are the nearest tube stations to Cargo Works?

    The nearest stations to Cargo Works are Blackfriars, which is a five-minute walk away and Waterloo, which is a nine-minute walk away.

  • Is car parking available?

    There is no visitor parking at this site.

  • What is the cancellation and amendment policy?

    Our meeting rooms are subject to a cancellation and amendment policy which you can see in our terms and conditions below:

  • How do I get the customer price?

    We offer a 20% discount for Workspace Customers (those who hold office space with us). To receive the customer price, you will be required to make an account with us and inform your centre team upon creating it so they can link your account to your company record.

  • How do I book catering?

    To order catering for Cargo Works meeting rooms, please contact the Cargo Works Café directly at coffee.bars@workspace.co.uk

  • How do I access the room?

    Upon booking a meeting room, you will receive a booking confirmation to your email with a meeting room pin code that will grant you access into the room.

    You may be required to enter your pin code through some internal doors/lifts on the way to your meeting room. Keep an eye out for the small pin pads.

  • Additional information

    There will be a short fire bell test on Thursdays at 12.30pm
