Customer Notice: There will be noisy refurb works within Pill Box between September 2024 and March 2025 which may at times be noisy. Contractors will be working to a noisy hour schedule which will be before 9am, during 12pm-2pm and after 5pm.

Please note, there will also be refurb works within the neighbouring meeting room Allen between February 2025 and April 2025 which may at times cause some disruption to your meeting. The noisy hours stated above will also be adhered to.

What hours are the rooms available?

The rooms are available to use between 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday. The last booking will be at 5pm with an end time of 6pm

The nearest stations to Pill Box are Bethnal Green, which is an four-minute walk away and Cambridge Heath, which is a fourteen-minute walk away.
Is car parking available?

There is no visitor parking at this site.
What is the cancellation and amendment policy?

How do I get the customer price?

We offer a 20% discount for Workspace Customers (those who hold office space with us). To receive the customer price, you will be required to make an account with us and inform your centre team upon creating it so they can link your account to your company record.
How do I book catering?

To order catering for The Pill Box meeting rooms, please contact Gaff Café directly on hello@thegaffspace.co.uk
How do I access the room?

Upon booking a meeting room, you will receive a booking confirmation to your email with a meeting room pin code that will grant you access into the room.

You may be required to enter your pin code through some internal doors/lifts on the way to your meeting room. Keep an eye out for the small pin pads.

There will be a short fire bell test Thursdays at 10am
Do I need to bring anything with me to my meeting?

If you are connecting to the screen via HDMI cable, you'll need to bring an adaptor with you if you don't have an HDMI port available on your laptop.

If your meeting room has a video conferencing bar within the room, or Clickshare presentation technology for screen sharing, you'll need a USB port in your laptop, or your own adaptor.

If your meeting room has Airtame (wireless screen sharing) you won't need to bring anything for this.
