• What hours are the rooms available?

  The rooms are available to use between 9am-6pm, Monday to Friday. The last booking will be at 5pm with an end time of 6pm

• What are the nearest stations to The Biscuit Factory?

  The nearest stations to The Biscuit Factory, are Bermondsey, which is a six-minute walk away and Surrey Quays, which is a fifteen-minute walk away.

• Is car parking available?

  There is no visitor parking at this site.

• What is the cancellation and amendment policy?

  Our meeting rooms are subject to a cancellation and amendment policy which you can see in our terms and conditions here:

• How do I get the customer price?

  We offer a 20% discount for Workspace Customers (those who hold office space with us). To receive the customer price, you will be required to make an account with us and inform your centre team upon creating it so they can link your account to your company record.

• How do I book catering?

  To order catering for The Biscuit Factory meeting rooms, please contact Gaff Café directly at hello@thegaffspace.co.uk

• How do I access the room?

  Upon booking a meeting room, you will receive a booking confirmation to your email with a meeting room pin code that will grant you access into the room.

  You may be required to enter your pin code through some internal doors/lifts on the way to your meeting room. Keep an eye out for the small pin pads.

  There will be a short fire bell test Tuesday at 10.30am
