We’ve got some of the capital’s most iconic structures in our portfolio, landmarks that are often part of London’s heritage. 

When we refurbish these buildings we bring them into line with our net zero commitments, lowering emissions and meeting strict targets for energy reduction.

If we’re to future-proof our buildings, it’s essential that we create a climate-resilient portfolio, which reduces energy usage and most importantly our carbon footprint. Therefore, we’ve made net zero carbon one of our key objectives, and have introduced initiatives across the board that will help us hit our target.
